30-minute live call and a checklist
Day 4 we get on a 30-minute call and I walk you through what Claude is doing inside each tool. I send you a seven-day onboarding checklist so you can build the habits in week one. Day 5 you are live.

How much does AI Ops Setup cost?
$500 one-time. No retainer. No monthly subscription. The price covers the install, the five-skill configuration, a 30-minute walkthrough call, and 14 days of post-install support over email.
How is this different from just buying Claude Pro myself?
Claude Pro at $20 a month gives you the model. AI Ops Setup gives you Claude embedded in the tools you already run your business on, with the right starter skills chosen for your specific workflows. Most owners who install Claude themselves turn on all 15 skills at once and quit within a week. The activation order is the problem, not the product. I do the activation in the right order so you don't burn a week on a bad first impression.
Which tools do you integrate Claude with?
QuickBooks, HubSpot, Docusign, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Canva, and PayPal are the supported integrations as of May 2026. If you use a tool not on this list, mention it before we start and I'll tell you whether Claude has a native skill for it yet.
How long does the setup take?
Five days from order confirmation to a working install. Day 1 is the workflow audit. Days 2 to 3 are install and skill configuration. Day 4 is the 30-minute walkthrough call. Day 5 is go-live with email support open for the next two weeks.
What if I'm not technical?
That's most of the people who book this. You don't need to touch the install. I do all of it. The walkthrough call on Day 4 is in plain English. The seven-day onboarding checklist I give you tells you what to do each day to get fluent without learning anything technical.
What if it doesn't work for my business?
If Claude can't be installed inside your tools (you use platforms outside the supported list), I refund 100 percent before any work starts. If it installs but you decide the fit isn't right within 7 days of go-live, I refund 50 percent. After that the install belongs to you.
Do you work with businesses outside Charleston, South Carolina?
Yes. AI Ops Setup is remote-first. I work with small business owners anywhere in the United States. The five-day timeline is the same whether you are in Charleston or in another state.
How long until I see results?
Most owners see Claude handling specific tasks (invoice chasing, expense categorization, draft content) within the first week of go-live. The bigger benefit — Claude becoming a reliable part of how you run the business — usually shows up in week three or four as you get fluent with the seven-day onboarding pattern.
What's the difference between AI Ops Setup and an ongoing AI consulting retainer?
AI Ops Setup is one-time. You pay $500 once and you keep the install. There is no monthly fee. If you want ongoing AI consulting beyond the 14-day support window, that is a separate conversation, but most owners do not need it. The install belongs to you and you run it from there.
