Most software doesn’t fail because the code was hard. It fails because nobody scoped the real problem, the build drifted, and what shipped was either too much or beside the point.
We work the other way: small pieces with one job each, shaped before a line is written, and built by the same people who have to keep them running. AI is leverage on that — it lets a small studio move like a big one and build software that used to take a department. It is not the pitch. The fundamentals are the pitch.

A full website rebuild plus a service- and location-page strategy. Impressions went from 5,314 a month to 30,678, the site moved from page four to page one for “general contractor North Myrtle Beach,” and it now holds a top-three spot in Google’s local map pack.
