How a lead actually gets to your CRM.

01 · Capture

Form or call

A prospect submits your contact form, or your answering service (Vapi or similar) finishes a call. Either way, structured lead data — name, phone, email, what they need — lands on Baldwin Digital's router within seconds.

02 · Route

Match to your CRM

The router checks which CRM connection belongs to your business, decrypts the credentials, and hands the lead off to the right adapter. Encrypted at rest, signed in transit, scoped per-client — nobody else's leads ever touch your account.

03 · Land

Records appear

Your CRM gets a complete record set — in JobTread that means Customer, Location, and Job in the right pipeline stage. You see it the next time you open the app. The lead is logged, attributed to the right source, and ready to work.

And when you move that job to Sold in your CRM, the dashboard sees it. Conversion data flows back. The monthly report stops being a guess and starts being a number.

Common questions.

Do I have to switch CRMs to work with you?

No. We integrate with the CRM you already use. JobTread is live now; Jobber, Housecall Pro, and GoHighLevel are in development. If you're on something else with a public API, we can usually add it — ask us.

How long does setup take?

Roughly 30 minutes on your end — you generate one API key in your CRM, send it to us, then later paste a webhook URL into your CRM's settings. We do everything in between. From "yes let's go" to "first live lead routes to JobTread" is usually same week.

What does this cost?

$400 setup + $97/mo. Setup is waived when Lead Routing is bundled with the Website + Hosting product or the AI Receptionist in the same month. The monthly covers uptime, two-way sync maintenance, monthly routing report, and any field-mapping updates as your CRM evolves.

Existing Baldwin Digital clients on the bundled plan can add Lead Routing at +$97/mo with setup waived as a launch courtesy.

Is it secure?

Your CRM credentials are AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest with a key only Baldwin Digital can decrypt. Webhook traffic is signed and verified per-connection. Each client's data is scoped by tenant ID at the database level — cross-tenant access is structurally impossible, not just policy-enforced.

What if my CRM isn't listed?

If it has a public API, send us the name. We add new adapters as demand surfaces — the architecture is built for it (per-CRM modules, shared dispatch core). Realistic timeline for a new integration: about a week of build time once we commit to it.

What if I don't have a CRM yet?

That's fine. Two paths: (1) we can recommend the right CRM for your business (JobTread for contractors, Jobber for service techs, etc.) and set the whole thing up, or (2) you start with the SMS & Email Digest integration — leads ping your phone the moment they come in. The Digest path takes 5 minutes and costs nothing extra.
