If our audit qualifies your market, we lock 5 specific service + city keyword combos with you before you sign. By day 90, if at least 3 of those 5 aren't in the Google Map Pack (top 3 local results), we keep working free for up to 3 more months until you hit the threshold.
If we still haven't hit it after 6 months total (3 paid + 3 free), you can exit and we refund your most recent month.
The audit gates the guarantee. If your market is too competitive or too sparse for the math to work, we won't offer the guarantee — you'll get the standard plan with no promise. We only commit when we know we can deliver.
The terms

- A flat monthly plan, billed on the 1st. Ask whether the setup waiver is currently available.
- Month-to-month. No 6- or 12-month contract. Cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice.
- 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're unhappy with Month 1 for any reason, request a refund of your most recent retainer payment within 30 days. You keep everything we built.
- You own all of it. Every page, GBP optimization, citation submission, schema deployment, and content draft is yours. If we ever part ways, you keep the work and we transfer access within 14 days.
- No service-area exclusivity. We can work with multiple businesses in Charleston as long as we're not targeting identical keyword sets.
- Reviewed and approved. Nothing publishes from a template — every page goes through you before it goes live.

How is the Map Pack different from regular Google results?
The Map Pack is the box with three local businesses plus a map that shows up for searches like "pressure washing Charleston" or "home builder Mount Pleasant." It sits above the regular blue-link results and gets the majority of the calls. If you're not there, you're effectively invisible for local searches.
What if my market is too competitive for the guarantee?
We'll tell you on the audit call. If the math doesn't support a 90-day guarantee, we won't offer one — you'll get the standard flat monthly plan with no commitment beyond the work itself. Some audits land in this bucket — and when yours does, we'll tell you straight. We'd rather tell you the truth than promise something we can't deliver.
Do I need a new website?
Probably not for the Map Pack guarantee — that's mostly Google Business Profile, citations, reviews, and one optimized landing page. If your existing site is fundamentally broken (the audit will tell you), we can quote a rebuild as a separate optional project. Never bundled, never required.
Is the setup fee waived?
Sometimes — ask whether the setup waiver is currently available when we talk. When it applies, the reason is delivery quality: Baldwin Digital is intentionally small and takes on a limited number of client seats, so it's better to sign a few clients we can win for than stretch thin across many.
